By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the zh8888 platform available at zh8888.bio (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the zh8888 Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of zh8888 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

zh8888 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their zh8888 account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and use the zh8888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

zh8888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and source of funds from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

To access the full range of zh8888 services including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals, you must register a player account on the Platform. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per player: Each individual may hold only one active zh8888 account. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the password recovery feature rather than registering a new account.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, valid email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• Notification of breach: You must notify zh8888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Account currency: Pakistani players' accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zh8888 does not offer multi-currency accounts to Pakistani-registered players.

zh8888 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where zh8888 reasonably suspects that the registration was made in bad faith, for commercial purposes, or in violation of these Terms.

zh8888 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, and USDT (Tether). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on zh8888:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your zh8888 account balance instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing bank.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals may only be requested by players who have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts are not eligible to withdraw funds from zh8888.

zh8888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Pakistani players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotional terms and conditions state otherwise:

All bets and wagers placed on zh8888 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports betting market, in addition to these general Terms. The following conditions apply across all gaming products on zh8888:

• Bet placement: A bet is only accepted and valid once zh8888 has confirmed the transaction and issued a bet reference number. Bets displayed as "pending" are not yet confirmed and may be rejected.
• Insufficient funds: zh8888 will not accept a bet if your account balance is insufficient to cover the stake. No credit facilities are offered to Pakistani players on zh8888.
• Technical errors: In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or data feed interruption that affects a game or sports betting market on zh8888, zh8888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' account balances. • Obvious pricing errors: zh8888 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to human or system error, even after the event has settled. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's zh8888 balance.
• Sports betting specifics: All sports betting markets on zh8888, including PSL cricket markets, international cricket, football, and UFC, are governed by zh8888's Sports Betting Rules, which are available within the sports section of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on zh8888. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one zh8888 account.
• Using another person's identity, payment details, or account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on zh8888.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with zh8888 games or betting systems in a manner not intended for regular player use.

zh8888 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Pakistani players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at zh8888.bio/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

zh8888 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmissions between your device and the zh8888 Platform. Player funds are held in segregated accounts and are not commingled with zh8888's operational finances.

zh8888 will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by applicable law, as necessary to process your transactions via Pakistani payment providers including JazzCash and EasyPaisa, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

All content on the zh8888 Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of zh8888 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zh8888 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from zh8888 without prior written consent from zh8888.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zh8888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the zh8888 Platform.

zh8888's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your zh8888 account during the twelve (12) month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

zh8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable zh8888 policy.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute filed against a deposit transaction on your zh8888 account.
• Any action by you that zh8888 reasonably believes could bring zh8888 into legal, regulatory, or reputational jeopardy.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your zh8888 account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that the closure is not the result of a breach of these Terms. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure for cause.

Your continued use of zh8888 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zh8888 holds its international online gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute between you and zh8888 that cannot be resolved through zh8888's internal complaints procedure, the matter shall be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body designated by zh8888's licensing authority. zh8888 will cooperate fully with any such process.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict zh8888's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of zh8888's intellectual property rights or to enforce these Terms in respect of prohibited conduct.
